What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for unworn items with tags attached. Lingerie must be in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with delicate detergent, lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve delicate fabrics.

How is US sales tax calculated?
For US purchases, tax is calculated based on shipping state using combined state + avg local rate. Example: California 7.25% state + 1.57% local avg = 8.82% combined. 5 states have 0% tax: Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware, Alaska. Tax exempt wholesalers with valid Tax ID pay 0%.
